GRIDGEAR — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your GridGear gear. If you're not 100% satisfied, we've made returns simple and free.

FREE 30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund — no questions asked.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at hello@gridgearhub.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Drop off the package at any USPS location
4. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

CONDITIONS
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Damaged or used items cannot be returned
- Sale items are final sale

EXCHANGES
Want a different color or model? We'll ship your exchange for free. Just mention it in your return email.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
